What is the best way to have sex with a woman who has a flat pelvis?

So... I'm dating a woman who says sex is painful for her because her pelvis is flat. I haven't had sex with her, but was curious to any ways to ease the pain for her or make it enjoyable.

If you get to that point in your relationship, Try having sex while laying on your sides, doggie or possibly with her on top. Lying flat on her back is likely to be painful. Experiment and see what feels comfortable for you both.
